Recently, when I boarded my dog Milo, he became stressed. The staff immediately noticed, separated him from the group to keep him comfortable, and even called me to reassure me that he was okay. Their attentiveness gave me so much peace of mind. I also recently lost my other dog, and receiving a heartfelt sympathy card from them meant the world to me. I was concerned when I realized that they would be kept in a bedroom and only le... I had a family emergency and needed to board my pets last minute. I called around to meany placed to see there policys. I was concerned when I realized that they would be kept in a bedroom and only let out for potty breaks in every boarding facility i called. When I called A Pets Life I was relived that was not the case. There policy is centered around big open playgroups. Playing with other dogs the entire day and only left in a bedroom at night. Its as if they had there own vacation while I was out of town. All the blankets were washed and fresh when I picked up, as well as my dog being fresh bathed. I was able to call and get pics. Michele and her staff are one of a kind! They care! And it shows. We will be coming for day care from now on :) Read More
