Highly Recommend Blue Pearl for your specialized and urgent pet care services. The doctors there treat your pet with so much love and care. They explain processes and answers any questions that you may have. My fur baby has been there and under the care of 3 different specialists (ER Care, Internal Medicine, and Oncology) and I can honestly say that the services from all 3 have been phenomenal. The administrative staff and doctor's assistants are great as well!!! Definitely give them a 10+ on a scale of 10. You will not be disappointed!! Read More

My 7 year old labrador retriever had ruptured his CCL and my regular veterinarian gave me a referral to BP for consultation with Dr. Kevin Kunkel. After his assessment I was told that Henry had a ruptured CCL and would need surgery in order to ever have relief from the pain that he was suffering. I agreed and TPLO surgery was done by Dr. Kunkel. It's only been a couple of weeks since surgery and "Henry" just got his sutures removed and his first follow up with Dr. Kunkel. He had advised me ahead of time about the recovery process after TPLO surgery and how important it was to adhere to the recommendations. Believe me it's not real easy to do but it's absolutely necessary for success. This was my first experience at BP and wasn't thrilled about the idea at the beginning but after meeting with Dr. Kunkel all doubts were dismissed. He is a very kind and caring board certified surgeon and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any one needing a major type surgery for their own beloved p Read More

My dog Buddy had a cancerous mass removed and I needed to know if everything had been removed. I had the consultation with Dr. Rossman who was kind and very knowledgeable about Buddy’s health. He explained her situation and what was best to do. He was not rushed and encouraged questions about anything I didn’t know or understand. Having a pet with a serious illness is heartbreaking and it helps to have medical care staff that is compassionate as well as knowledgeable. I recommend the staff at Blue Pearl if you all need help for your fur babies. Read More

They were empathetic and realistic. My only complaint is they should be more upfront about costs. It was implied charges were per 24 hrs when actually they charge in 12 hr increments. Even when his condition was upgraded the costs remained the same. Read More
