I had to bring a dog I’m dog sitting, Wally, into Veterinary Emergency Group in Edgewater today, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience.From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly kind, calm, and attentive. They immediately took Wally seriously, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a really stressful situation feel so much more manageable. Every single person we interacted with was compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure Wally was okay.One thing that stood out so much was how transparent they were about what they were doing and why, and how they kept me involved and informed the whole time.
