The Tech came, inspected it and said it worked fine, the filter was new, and was just missing tubing. Suffice to say your word is everything. I will trust Youngren with all of my future needs. The installation happened a couple days later and was flawless. The technicians were both very experienced and did a beautiful job with the installation. I took notice of how careful they were not to damage my walls or floors as they move the old furnace out and brought the new one in.
