We had Byrd Appliance Specialists fix our fridge. Tim had exceptional attention to detail, and had us up and running. I had a great experience with Byrd appliance. Service was prompt and professional, and when we determined my old washer was cooked (something I suspected already), he even came back and helped install a new one. Well, visit Byrd Appliance Specialists and discover what I am talking about. I have had several interactions with Tim and his employees at Byrd and have unfailingly been treated kindly and with respect. Yeah, it's a thing. If you want value, if you want to be treated well, this is the place. --They moved to a new location a bit ago. They are no longer on Gilbert Drive, but now at 630 Airport Drive in Shreveport. It is a comfortable and nice new showroom. If you would rather order online and have a large box store deliver your item and leave you to fight with the overseas warranty folks when it breaks down right after the warranty ends, go ahead. I am saving my pennies for a Speed Queen set... Which you can purchase from Byrd. Until then, if what I have needs repair work, I will call Byrd. Nope, I am not affiliated with them. Exceptional service from these guys. They were able to respond to me immediately on MLK day and get someone over the same morning to fix my washer on the spot (broken drainage pump).
