We started the process of buying a nrew copier several months ago because as a church, we need several quotes for purchases. We also need to have all purchases approved by the congregation at a business meeting, which only happens every 3 months. Neither Janet McGeorge, our sales rep, nor Don Eversole, her supervisor, ever lost patience with us. They worked with us over price, quality and got us answers for every question and concern we had. The price and payment terms were the best options of the quotes we received. When they delivered our new copier, they assisted us with old software on our computer that was incompatible with newer equipment, but they were able to develop a good work around. Our previous copier lasted 13 years thanks to the maintenance personnel at Datamax, and we expect our new copier to perform as well. Thank you Datamax for your excellent service we have enjoyed for over 20 years and we appreciate having you as our partner in the future.
