My experience with Elite has been very good. Jeff does an outstanding job working on my Bike when I do not have time or the tools to do what I need and he gets the higher end parts I want without any... I used to bike to work many years ago but after a very close brush with a trailer truck and subsequent ditching of the bike into the bushes to avoid probably fatal collision I'm too scared to ride on the road even trails. I was talking to one of the staff at elite Scott who said I could ride virtually in the world of Zwift. I went to the shop they set me up with the wahoo kickr snap and this is the result so far in 2021. Again to top it off I had to get my bike tuned up and I was thinking I leave it while I was away this weekend but they tuned up my bike the same day. I initially called another shop, which said they could probably help with my issue but weren't certain. When I called Elite Cycling, I was immediately put at ease. Customer service is more than just being polite; it's about being confident and knowledgeable, and Elite checked all those boxes. I knew I found the right place. I needed a repair for my kids' electric scooter, which had a bad tube. This shop went out of their way and not only have the part I needed but also worked it into their schedule promptly, exceeding my expectations. We were greeted with positive attitudes, smiles, and a willingness to tackle something a bit out of the ordinary. A scooter tire repair vs a bike. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. After it went out of business I started taking my Giant to Elite for service. They treated me so well, and took such great care of my bike, that I bought a new Cervelo from them.
