Beyond amazing. My technician, if I remember correctly named Nick, was the friendliest, most informative and caring technician you could ever ask for. As a new homeowner equipped with heat pump technology, I truthfully have no idea how anything works- he made sure to teach me everything about the technology including educating me on the accordion sized filters and maintenance, and having me practice removing and reinstalling it. He went above and beyond in all his care and passion for the education and explanation of all things HVAC- all in an effort to keep my equipment running longer and utility bills lower through increased efficiency.
