Ian is incredibly knowledgeable—not just about condos, but also about houses—which gave us a lot of confidence at every step. From pricing and strategy to inspections and negotiations, he guided us through the entire process seamlessly. For the house, he guided us through multiple complicated inspections, as well as very long process of negotiations over price and repairs. He was responsive, detail-oriented, and always had our best interests in mind. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but he made it smooth and successful.
