Andrew Luftig’s team, including Ami, Katherine, and Alison, did a fantastic job representing us for our first condo purchase. The purchase had a lot of complexity, with unusual HPD requirements and lots of condo documents to sift through. They handled all of these issues well, were prompt and responsive, gave us good advice, communicated effectively with our lender, and were generally friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely work with them again.
