The whole experience has been great. Every time we have had an issue with my son's braces (like a popped bracket or a slipped wire)- which has not happened often- the office gets us in ASAP. The appointments are fairly quick. We've never had to wait but a few minutes from walking in the door, and the work on my son's teeth is so well done. On top of that, when I go in with my son, it feels like I am just having a lovely time with my friends (every office lady). The waiting area is quiet and cool or cozy, depending on the weather.
