I walked into Bill Luke Marana without an appointment or a heads up of any kind. I haven’t purchased a car in years, and I was a little nervous I might have to deal with pushy salesman. As I walked up, I was greeted by Edgar Gastelum. Edgar asked me a couple of questions and had me test driving the car I came to see within 10min. No run around, no 50 questions, no hassle. After driving the vehicle, I wasn’t 100% ready to purchase, Edgar and his finance manager put together some numbers for me, asked a couple of questions, and sent me home… no hassle. I felt listened to and never felt “sold”. Within 2 days, after scouring the Internet for a better deal, I couldn’t find one. I emailed hector at 8pm at night… he answered back! He guided me through the steps to buy this vehicle and in less than 24hrs later, I had the keys in my hand! He even put a bow on my new car!
