We had a great experience at Bill Luke Marana. Eli helped us out, and he was amazing! He was friendly, helpful, and patient when I couldn't make up my mind. He gave us space to consult and think about our choice, without hounding us, which I really appreciated. I usually dislike car dealerships, but Eli made our whole experience easy and enjoyable. My experience at Bill Luke Marana was exceptional! And Chris was top notch! He alotted me the time I needed to walk through the lot and find the perfect truck. His customer service skills were remarkable! He was able to get me in the vehicle i wanted at a price I could afford. In all, the team at Bill Luke Marana went above and beyond to fulfill all my requests in acquiring the perfect truck. I walked into Bill Luke Marana without an appointment or a heads up of any kind. I haven’t purchased a car in years, and I was a little nervous I might have to deal with pushy salesman. As I walked up, I was greeted by Edgar Gastelum. Edgar asked me a couple of questions and had me test driving the car I came to see within 10min. No run around, no 50 questions, no hassle. After driving the vehicle, I wasn’t 100% ready to purchase, Edgar and his finance manager put together some numbers for me, asked a couple of questions, and sent me home… no hassle. I felt listened to and never felt “sold”. Within 2 days, after scouring the Internet for a better deal, I couldn’t find one. I emailed hector at 8pm at night… he answered back! He guided me through the steps to buy this vehicle and in less than 24hrs later, I had the keys in my hand! He even put a bow on my new car! I’m so impressed and will refer everyone I know to Bill Luke Marana.
