Very nice salesman. The quickest that we have ever experienced. Great selection of vehicles. Very clean inside. Differently a place I'd recommend if looking to buy a newly used car or truck .also they were not attacking or pushing great quality and great price

As a very busy person, I appreciate when I run across people and an organization that go above and beyond to take care of me and in this case my car: Kia Sorento 2018. I brought the car into Royal approx a month ago to have a nagging problem of lights always on my dash indicating that there was something wrong with my emergency brake system. I was met with Mr Eddie Contreras who I have to tell you is probably the most professional service counselor I have met in my entire life. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are treated like no other customer of his. He took my car, told me exactly how long he thought it would take to troubleshoot and was very honest as to what I may be looking at for repair. As he was going to be on vacation for two days, he also made sure to have backup communicate with me as to the progress of the work to be done. Turned out the entire motherboard that controls safety systems in the car was replaced. Ms. Desiree Barnes was also terrific in communicat
