As a first time customer, I was more than impressed! Jeff not only got me in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon, but was able to get my engine light problem addressed almost immediately. He and his staff identified the problem after some tests and provided a quick solution that was fairly priced and effective. Highly recommend Integrity Automotive!

I scheduled an appointment and was able to get in for an oil change the very next day at Integrity Automotive. Jeff Howard was my service advisor, and he was fantastic—kind, smiling, professional, and patient with all of my questions. He made the whole process easy and got me out right on time. I was so impressed that I recommended them to a friend whose vehicle broke down during the Gem Show here in Tucson. She also had an amazing experience and was very well taken care of—Ernie helped her, and she couldn’t say enough good things. These guys truly live up to their name. This was WAY better than going to a big Toyota dealership and waiting around for hours. If you’re looking for honest, friendly, efficient service, I highly recommend Integrity Automotive. I had a bumper to bumper service change of fluids. Lube, air pressure checks. These guys do great work! Customer service was fantastic! The called and communicated to me what was needed and had me back out on the trail that day!!! Always a warm welcome from Frank the Tank! He is a really good guy with Integrity!!! Integrity auto, that is! The spa for your car or truck or rock crawler!!! Services Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance
