What you'll do

and Responsibilities
Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling interviews, phone screens, and recruiting activities.
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers for a smooth process.
Proactively handle scheduling changes, inquiries, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Act as primary candidate contact, guiding them through onsite/virtual interviews.
Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations as needed.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data integrity.
Schedule post-interview debriefs and prepare evaluation materials for equitable decisions.
Curate interview guides, evaluation forms, and materials for process consistency.
Collect, track, and consolidate interview feedback to aid hiring decisions.
Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruiting reports/metrics.
Facilitate reference checks using Checkster or similar tools.
Provide flexible support for additional recruiting initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Strong customer service mindset and professionalism with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in ATS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of state/federal employment laws (e.g., affirmative action, EEO).
