Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction

Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proven experience in a customer service role or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
