I am deeply grateful to everyone who worked that evening (1/19/26), especially the front desk staff who provided so much comfort and helped with aftercare. If you ever find yourself in an emergency situation, VEG is exactly where you want to be.
VEG Williamsburg was incredible during the hardest night of my life. From the moment we arrived, we were given a private room, accurate wait times, and compassionate, unrushed care. Every staff member was kind, empathetic, and took the time to sit with us, explain our options clearly, and let us decide at our own pace and without judgment or pressure.
Dr. Blake Marie Jones and the entire team showed exceptional bedside manner. When we ultimately had to make the devastating decision to euthanize our cat, they gave us a peaceful, private space and all the time we needed, handling everything with dignity and care.
