I highly recommend accountant James Cha. I was feeling hopeless after receiving significant tax penalties and additional charges, but Mr. Cha thoroughly prepared all the necessary documents and personally appealed to the IRS on my behalf. As a result, both the additional tax and penalties were completely waived.
