4.7 rating is WRONG. Two competitors ‘entities’ disguised as clients rating this company 1 stars is simply wrong. My experience with them is that they are diligent ethical professionals in their field who will have your back but you have to provide them proper paperwork to help your own case to achieve goal of minimizing tax liability which was what they did exactly with mine. Great service great people top notch!

Cha, Janice & the whole team were very welcoming and YES they helped me every step of the way from start to a triumphant finish! She worked so diligently (minute details) to not only reduce my bill but to significantly almost zeroing it out (with my case). Hallelujah huge weight off my shoulders!! An amazing experience, and I am incredibly satisfied with the result! I highly recommend accountant James Cha. I was feeling hopeless after receiving significant tax penalties and additional charges, but Mr. Cha thoroughly prepared all the necessary documents and personally appealed to the IRS on my behalf. As a result, both the additional tax and penalties were completely waived. When I first tried to appeal on my own, I was told there was no possibility of reduction, but with Mr. Cha’s help, everything was resolved almost miraculously. If you need advice or assistance with tax issues, I strongly recommend working with him.
