Customer service was great! It was clean and even had a room that customers can go into for a conference call for work things. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They told me I had a recall on my car which I was aware of because of the news. But I had called the Ford dealership a year ago when the recall came out on this and I gave them my vin number . They told me that it wasn’t on my vehicle so I didn’t look any further into it. Quick Lane fixed it the same day with no additional appointment. Customer service was great! These guys were great, service was outstanding. I see a lot of reviewers complaining about wait time... they're on Wanamaker, expect it to be busy! The staff handled a massive workload with ease and were very professional. They had informed me my rear brake pads were basically gone and needed to be replaced ASAP and noted other issues that needed attention. Their pricing is a bit high, however I can say they did earn every bit of what was payed. Thanks to the shop manager and his team for making sure my vehicle was taken care of in the highest manner. We have always received prompt courteous service at Quick Lane. Jerry is fantastic to work with and sees that we are well taken care of. They recently diagnosed the problem with my vehicle, but said that it was under warranty for this problem, so I should take it to the dealership. There was no charge for this service. They easily could have done the work and charged us without telling us it was a warranty issue. Their pricing is fair, and they stand behind their work. I recently purchased tires for my Jeep and am very pleased - with the cost and the customer service. Oil changes are much more reasonable than at the dealership. I picked up a nail in my tire and my Low tire warning alerted me. I stopped in at Quick Lane as it was closest and Saturday morning. I had used them one other time and they got my car fixed quickly so I could still make the KSU football game. This time it was a quick repair again. They match their name with doing a quick job. I made an online appointment to have my oil changed. The service advisor (Trent) was professional and got me checked in right away. The price was reasonable and the service was good. I usually do not leave reviews but felt I should for a couple of places & this is one of them. I recently had a deer hit my car & had to go through buying a car when I had not planned on it (life). I bought a used car & had something signal possible trouble a few weeks later. It was something that could be real trouble. I live in another town & light went off before I left town. They worked me in to run the diagnostics to let me know if I could drive it. I was told it would be best not to. I had doctor's appointments out of town the next day I needed to keep & no one to borrow car from. Chad said they did not have loaners but asked me to let him make some calls. He got hold of their Noller I bought the car from & worked together to get me a loaner while they fixed car. I made my appointment with no problems & it turned out not to be to serious a problem. I had my vehicle later that day. I let oil change come up on me when I needed the car for wrestling meet. I had to bring my vehicle in for emergency maintenance on a cross country trip. The staff at Noller West have been awesome and were able to get my vehicle back on the road quicker than I had expected.
