He didn't make any promises as the nature of structural issues sometimes requires more than just a visual inspection and I appreciated that. I went with him because of his honesty and friendly nature. He was able to not only tell us what the issue was, but offered multiple solutions at different price points. He even was open to being contacted for any issues as long as they weren't too involved or requiring large amounts of time. Have an old home on a raised foundation. Have been getting stress cracks from settling after rain. I was well aware of what I needed done, that being getting gutters installed and having proper drainage so water does not go under the foundation. Sam reassured my assumption which put me at ease. I thought I'd have to get new pillars or get current ones reinforced, which I still might, but Sam said to get the drainage situation fixed first. He told me all of this over the phone for free, which was incredible! Once I get gutters installed and proper drainage addressed, I'll have Sam come out and see if anything else needs to be done. Highly recommend Sam! Read More
