We are beyond thrilled with our experience with Chad landscaping. Chad and his team went above and beyond to bring joy to our family this Christmas. Very last minute I called to install holiday lights as a surprise for my family. Two days later Chad transformed our house with a display that was well designed and carefully installed. The attention to detail was obvious. One by one my family came home and couldn’t believe what they saw. My 13 year old daughter burst into tears and kept repeating “It’s so beautiful.” We have had neighbors tell us what joy it brings and many cars stop out front to see it. Isela showed up for the consultation on time, was helpful and knowledgeable, and quickly followed up with a thorough and reasonable quote. Agreeing to the quote was easy and convenient and, once again, Isela followed up promptly and was a pleasure to communicate with. And we were able to schedule the work earlier than I thought would be possible. The team showed up on time and completed the work beautifully. I’m thrilled with my new patio and very impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of the whole DM team. I will absolutely hire them again and can’t recommend them enough!

We worked with Down To Earth Landscaping (DTEL) this past summer (2025) to design and redo our backyard. Chuck did a really nice job designing our backyard oasis, and Charlie did a great job implementing Chuck's design. We really love the steel pergola for the hot tub, the large steel screens, the large steel planter, and the water feature/fountain that were part of the design. We did hit some snags along the way where the design and implementation were off from our perspective, and DTEL remained committed in those instances and addressed any/all issues satisfactorily. We liked working with the DTEL team, would highly recommend them, and will be back in touch with them when we have future landscaping projects.
