I'm posting this so late, but I had the *best* experience getting my fiancé's engagement ring at Arka Designs. I brought in a random cheap ring of his, a design I liked that I found online, and a bunch of other questions/ideas, and Vito was able to turn all of that into a gorgeous ring that fit and that my fiancé loved on the first try. Vito was great at making smart suggestions without trying to talk me into anything, and truly listened to all of my preferences to find a stone and build a design that worked for my vision and my budget. He was super communicative during the design process and was able to make adjustments down the line based on my feedback. The ring was ready on time, very reasonably priced, and skillfully crafted.
