This was a big relief because I had been a stay at home mom up until then, so it was a big change. The staff was so nice and gave excellent care to my child from the start. The staff at Bright Minds is more than staff they’re FAMILY. They LOVE each and every kiddo they take care of. My daughter talks about her teachers & friends to anyone who will listen. They are accommodating, caring, fun, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They were a vital part of getting my daughter the services she needed. They go above and beyond planning extra activities for the kids including themed weeks & adventures outside along with having guests come in to entertain for special events! In talking with the owners, it is clear to me that they believe in collecting feedback throughout the month and then gathers staff for monthly meetings to discuss concerns as well as opportunities to give kids the best start in life. The building is always updated with the latest learning tools, furniture is upgraded, and the playground areas are continuously maintained. Due to customer demand, a second location was even opened to augment the long waitlist that the company often has due to its high standards and quality of early childhood education. Most of the kids’ furniture is brand new, the property has been repainted, and they’ve installed new flooring. The playground is currently being updated, which is exciting to see. It’s clear that Bright Minds is dedicated to maintaining a safe and modern environment for the kids. The new Director has brought fresh new ideas and her joyful personality is making a big difference. She’s implementing a brand-new curriculum and the staff is training every Saturday. The tour, the transparency of the center was great, as I was very nervous about sending my child to daycare. They always provide updates throughout the day on what my child has learned that day and their activities which is so appreciated. After being here for a while, I can honestly say this place has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, the staff made us feel so welcome and supported. She loves her teachers and the teachers are very supportive and helpful with everything we need for her. The staff actually cares for the kids and what they are doing at the center. I love that they do activities during the day and not just playing all day. They have even had some visitors come and bring animals and stuff to the center for the kids to learn and explore. Bright Minds has truly become like a second home for us. I’m so thankful for the love and care they’ve given my little girl.
