I’ve been looking for more activities to engage in lately and came across one of @v12yoga ‘s viral reels. Initially, I wanted to book for the Rooftop Yoga and Mimosa class, but waited a second too lat... I’ve been looking for more activities to engage in lately and came across one of @v12yoga ‘s viral reels. Initially, I wanted to book for the Rooftop Yoga and Mimosa class, but waited a second too late. So, I booked for Jovita’s class for the same morning, and happy I did. The class was held at Canvas. A cute, vibrant hotel with a nice rooftop scenery near the pool. I haven’t had too many moments this year where I’ve been able to sit still, quiet my mind and allow myself to just simply be. So the practice, especially in that setting, was necessary for me. Everything felt light and my body was no longer tense. Jovita did a very great job instructing the class and teaching us valuable techniques to release, sit in stillness, set intentions using our body and become one with it. Most definitely looking forward to more of her classes and those in general @ V12. Read More

The instructors are incredible at how they teach: clear, calming, and genuinely supportive. Even though I’ve been practicing yoga for years, I still consider myself a “beginner” because I’m not super consistent, and V12 never makes that feel awkward. They’re gentle, respectful, and really attentive when it comes to alignment and positioning, which I appreciate so much. What I love most, though, is the variety of workshops and special events.
