Robert gave us a very reasonable quote. Because we have not fully move in and out of state. Robert suggested to give him the key to work in my fully furnished home, I was not comfortable to do this but decided to take this risk. Since he started our project, he kept sending pictures and videos for updates he also did our chair rail with more details beyond our plan with no additional cost, just because it looks nicer. This is a big surprise to us! No contractor is willing to add details with more cost without customer’s request. The coffered ceiling in our irregular ceiling made his work more difficult, but I have confidence he can do it from his company’s website. When our project is fully done. The carpenters were professional, polite , and careful with such a big project going on inside my house ! They cleaned up everyday and did an excellent job !
