David's teaching style is very approachable for students, especially younger ones (our daughter is 7). His classes aren't just about learning how to play drums; they are a holistic approach to the appreciation of music! They are an all-encompassing experience of learning how to read music with practical application on a percussive instrument while also giving the student the freedom and space to just rock out and let loose!
