I have been to this bike shop/store several times before but I am FINALLY writing my review. I love where this shop is located; right off of a high traffic bike path in the beautiful area of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The store is extremely clean and organized. The staff are all completely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help out.
On this day particularly, I was looking for lubrication for my chain, so I called in. I was greeted and given an ample amount of information. When I rode in, I was given even more information which I ALWAYS appreciate as a customer because I now can make an INFORMED decision.
The staff are always pleasant and willing to help out and you can chat it up with them about anything cycling related as a few of them actually race.
It is always a great vibe when I go to that store and I appreciate them very much. Keep up the great work!!!
