I have been relying on NEG for the past year or so, after having a poor experience with a local company.The NEG did an initial annual check-up and maintenance in the spring, followed by a battery replacement and yesterday another troubleshoot with a voltage regulator. First of all, they are super prompt and they will dispatch a tech within days at most, usually 24-48 hours. In my case, Scott has been the tech coming over which is nice as he knows the generator in and out, and it's nice getting to know the person coming to your house. Even my dog got super friendly with him and seems to love Scott so it's nice to have the same tech providing support and assistance.Second, the company really tries to work with the customer, and Max has been very accommodating and helpful with everything. He's always easy to reach and responsive when he's not available over the phone.All in all, NEG is a goo and reputable company that I look forward to working with in the future.

I’ve used pressure washers from the big box stores and always thought they weren’t worth the money and not much better than a hose. So I delayed for a while on buying a power washer.
We recently built a house with wrap around porches and siding that need to be sprayed off. So I finally took the plunge and bought a Boyd series 4/4000 belt drive cold water pressure washer from Boyd Equipment. I’m generally of the mind that I’d rather pay a bit more and get good equipment that will do the job I need to do right and last a long time.
Wow, do I wish I had done this earlier! This machine from Boyd Equipment is amazing! It’s powerful, easy to start and use and does the job right. It uses a lot less water than I expected and much less than if I was just spraying things off with a hose. It made quick work of spraying off the siding and the porches. I’m excited to use it to degrease my tractor and other things around the house.

Freedom is a good company with great people that work for them. One of them being my main contact, Silvana Escalante. She was great!! She helped me through each step of the way from first contact, to the installation, then to the post install effort. She listened, to every concern I had and took it all into account.
