I recently brought both my bike and my husband’s bike to Sun Bike and Run on Baseline in Phoenix, and I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Ron in the repair department.
Ron tuned up both bikes, fixed the issues we were having, and returned them to us looking and riding like they were brand new. The difference was immediately noticeable.
What impressed me just as much as the quality of the work was Ron himself. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely willing to answer any questions. I even learned a few things about my own bike that I hadn’t known before.
It’s rare to find someone who combines real technical skill with such a helpful and approachable attitude. Ron is truly a gem in the bike world.
