About this role

Broadline Recruiters is looking for a Plumber in Kinsale Co. Cork Area.

The ideal candidate must be level 6 SOLAS qualified (or equivalent). This is a full-time permanent role starting as soon as possible.

Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Records of inspections & corrective actions to be logged on the sites CMMS system (Maximo).

Respond to plumbing emergencies and diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

  • Cork Area.
  • The ideal candidate must be level 6 SOLAS qualified (or equivalent).
  • This is a full-time permanent role starting as soon as possible.
  • Position Overview Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Records of inspections & corrective actions to be logged on the sites CMMS system (Maximo).
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies and diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
  • Install, maintain, and repair sanitary units and associated fixtures.
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Building and Fabric systems of work.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ Years post qualification in relevant facilities role.
  • Level 6 plumbing cert or equivalent.
  • Experience of operating within a regulated environment.
  • Excellent PC Skills & ability to develop and deliver presentations at both client and internal levels.
  • Experience of program management and development for minor projects an advantage.
  • Experience with CMMS is an advantage.
  • Full clean driver's license (2 years).
