• Indeed is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Online Marketing, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer and prospect actions among small businesses.

• As a Senior Program Manager, Online Marketing reporting to the Senior Manager - Growth and Experiences, you will play a key role in creating a world-class experience for small business audiences. In this role, you will relentlessly focus on driving customer action across acquisition and expansion motions.

• Develop & execute comprehensive B2B customer journey campaigns targeting small businesses using a combination of owned and paid channels.
• Identify and develop impactful marketing tests across the entire customer journey and develop a comprehensive roadmap for execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, analysts and product teams to set and achieve bold targets for increasing employer engagement at scale.

• Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
• Experience in building strategy for cross-channel marketing campaigns, including (but not limited to) email, retargeting, in-product notifications, and more channels to reach existing customers.
• Proven ability to measure marketing campaign performance, establish ROI of those campaigns, and use data-driven insights to refine the overall strategy and roadmap.
• Experience prioritizing, managing, and reporting on multiple campaigns in various channels for an existing customer base.
• Experience in building campaigns across various channels: CRM, email marketing, using marketing automation tools, as well as managing paid marketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including marketing, product, customer service, sales, user experience, engineering, data science, and other collaborators.
• Proven analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results. You are passionate about testing, with experience designing holdout and A/B tests.
