**Position Title** **Product Development Specialist** Employment Status \& Work Hours

**Non-Exempt, Full-Time** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM -- 4:30 PM

**Position Summary** We're looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Product Development Specialist to support the accuracy and flow of product data across our organization. In this role, you'll work across multiple platforms---including PIM, ERP/MIS, and e-commerce systems---to ensure product information is consistent, accurate, and delivered efficiently.

**Compensation \& Benefits**

* $24.00 $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

**What You'll Do**

* Maintain and update product data across PIM, ERP/MIS, and ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Coordinate product setup and updates across internal and customerfacing systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve product data and system issues; escalate complex issues as needed
* Support product development workflows in both structured and evolving processes
* Contribute to documentation and standardization of product development processes
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product, sales, and technical) to support product enhancements and updates
* Ensure seamless integration of product changes across systems
* Review sign proofs and project documentation to ensure alignment with company and client standards
* Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to company policies and procedures

**Required Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of experience in product development, data management, or systemsbased roles
* Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
* Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
* Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar tools
