Position Summary
  • As a Distributor Sales Representative at Senox Corporation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with key distributor accounts. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a travel-heavy position that requires spending the majority of your time visiting prospective and existing customers throughout the states in your designated region. This role will cover Distributor Sales for the Midwest region of the US.
Primary responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributor accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication, product training and support.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service and logistics) to ensure timely, effective order fulfilment and support.
  • Learn and grow your knowledge of the seamless rain gutter industry to provide better support to our customers.
  • Use CRM software to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions and update account information.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings as needed.
  • Use Business intelligence tools to analyze customer data and identify trends, provide insights and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Skills & Requirements
  • Desire and willingness to travel across assigned territory to visit existing and potential new accounts. This is a travel-heavy position that requires spending the majority of your time visiting prospective and existing customers.
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Outside sales experience is necessary. A Construction background is preferred.
  • Comfortable developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Be able to develop a sales presentation based on the customer needs.
  • Address customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to resolve the issue.
  • Must have basic knowledge and use of outlook, word, excel, CRM, business analytics tools and PowerPoint software.
  • Experience or a willingness to become an expert on seamless rain gutters.
  • We conduct pre-employment drug and background screenings.
