As soon as I stepped foot into this location they immediately took her in the back and got to work. I didn't even get to check in yet! She ended up peeing herself and was terrified to be taken out of the bag. She is not the vet-friendly type of cat. They handled her with so much CARE and comfort. Safe to say, this emergency vet is AFFORDABLE and they are extremely communicative to those who do not have pet insurance. They actually care, and they listen to all of your concerns. They saved my baby, she now has treatment, and I couldn't thank them enough. I even shed some tears due to how grateful I was. The three doctors who treated my dog: Dr. Donahue, Dr. Russell, and Dr. Turturro were capable and meticulous, discussing the symptoms and possible causes with patience and an emphasis that I understood everything that was happening. They took the situation seriously and made me feel like my dog was getting the best care possible. The support staff like Nathaniel were kind and patient too, making sure we had everything we needed, offering us water and snacks, and helped clean up an accident. They were proactive and accurate with time estimates which is rare for ER vets. I appreciate that they weren't pushy with any treatment plans, made sure to explain everything like the financial estimate and breakdowns multiple times, and that I understood everything that was happening every step of the way.
