Love everything about recoverie. From the moment you walk in and greeted by the friendly staff. Then plunging into all the services that are available. I love how I feel after doing any of the service (I’ve done them all). It’s definitely worth a try, your body will thank you.

I did cryotherapy at Recoverie for the first time ever tonight in Brooklyn. Wow! It was intensely cold (-200 F) but so refreshing. Recoverie is such a great addition to the waterfront area.! The owner has the best energy and the space is cozy and inviting and warm (except for the cryo and the cold plunge!). I can't wait to go back!

Wow what a wonderful experience at Recoverie. I went for Contrast Therapy, it was my very first time ever doing something like this and I was made to feel so so comfortable by Siobhan and her staff. I recommend going with a buddy for your first time, which is what I did, because it makes you feel less alone in it. The space itself is lovely and clean. And the energy is welcoming. Highly recommend treating yourself to a Recoverie experience!
