It’s my go-to hot yoga studio. The heated room is hot enough for a great workout. It’s well maintained and clean. They have two studio rooms for group classes and a smaller 1-1 practice room.Though I would appreciate an upgrade for their current changing/shower room but it’s not better. Better than most of the studios in town.Parking has been improved after the building changed their parking system.
