Best yoga studio ever?! YES!!!!! Where to even start? I have been to many yoga studios in the past, in different cities, and countries so I really mean when I say that nothing compares to Samatone!! The vibes and energy here are unmatched! From the moment you walk in the place smells great, has great vibrations and you’re greeted with a welcoming smile! Check in is easy and a breeze. You can bring your own, or borrow one of their yoga mats & towels- so helpful for those who are forgetful or book last minute classes & leave our mats behind. The classroom is spacious, has tons of mirror so it helps when trying to see yourself and correct your poses. The heat is perfect! They use infrared lights so it’s not a hot air kind of heat that makes you nauseous, but a kind of heat you feel from the radiating sun, love it! The instructors, my oh my! It was my first time and she explained everything to me. The trainers were good we did vinyasa, sculpt and sound bowls 30 minutes each and all for a good cause it was for Valerie.
