I have no trust in mankind so I trust in God when asking for him to put trust worthy people into my life. Recently we had storm damage that caused an electric surge that damaged everything in the house or connected to the house electrical wise. The insurance company had one particular contractor come out to do diagnostic on the HVAC system and they reported that certain things were damaged. My friend the homeowner contacted Busby HVAC and they came out and did a supposed diagnostic and informed the homeowner that the computer board was damaged and needed to be replaced and that the computer board was $1282.00 to replace plus labor cost. Busby tech also said that the warranty was not in force. Following my faith in God I asked the people at Barnharts farm supply who they trusted to do HVAC work. While I know Alex likely had other calls to tend to and was at ours longer then scheduled (our list was just so long), he did not rush the job, which I really appreciated! We have had several technicians from various companies out to inspect our unit and I am so impressed with Atlas. Each of their technicians that I have had the pleasure of working with (Christian, Branden, and Alex) have been so thorough and very informative on the issues going on with our system. They were fast, the price was great, and the tech was quick and left no mess behind. My new Trane unit is so quiet I can only hear it blowing out of the vents, even when I'm by the window under which it was installed!
