I teach 2 AQUA ZUMBA classes, Wed 8:35am and 9:20am. 40 minutes each. Who said water classes for seniors? Yes, it's easy for your joints, but my AQUA ZUMBA classes are for everyone! From athletes/teens, to someone who is pregnant or after knee/hip surgery. Good cardio and muscle strength training, using only water resistance and buoyancy. When you doubt, come and try!
