I highly recommend accountant James Cha. I was feeling hopeless after receiving significant tax penalties and additional charges, but Mr. Cha thoroughly prepared all the necessary documents and personally appealed to the IRS on my behalf. As a result, both the additional tax and penalties were completely waived. When I first tried to appeal on my own, I was told there was no possibility of reduction, but with Mr. Cha’s help, everything was resolved almost miraculously. If you need advice or assistance with tax issues, I strongly recommend working with him.

I used Joffe Tax Services for the first time this year, and I will definitely return in the future. Their tax portal was easy to use. I had all my docs ready and was able to upload everything and input my info in about an hour. They reached out via phone the same day to say a couple of files didn't go through correctly and then sent a follow up email with the same info in case I hadn't written everything down on the call.
I was able to go to their office to finalize everything with Andrea (who was wonderful), the very next day! She explained everything very clearly, and with her help and knowledge, I was able to reduce my tax liability by a couple of thousand dollars!
They did my S-Corp business taxes as well as my personal taxes at the same appointment. Fast and convenient. Thanks!
