I am a novice at home projects, however, Ramy explained the process to ensure I felt comfortable with this whole process and up to date has continued to support me all the way through. The plan process has been swift and quick on his end, unfortunately I could not say the same about the County but that was to be expected :(. However, Ramy's responsiveness to the County's questions have been quick and without delay, which brings me to the fact that I was more than excited when the County only had three (3) questions on the first turn around, WOW!
