Tim and Brandan came out initially and spent a lot of time with us reviewing all our options, showing product samples, and educating us on the best type of door for our fourth-floor sun deck. This was especially important since we previously had issues with water intrusion. When it came time for the installation, Felipe and Tulio did an outstanding job on site along with the rest of the installation team. They were professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. The job was more complex given the location, but they handled it seamlessly. During this project the team was so respectful of our home and at the end of their work day you couldn’t tell that they were even there! They cleaned up any mess and took care of furniture and belongings when they had to be moved. We had 20 windows replaced in our home and the attention to detail, replacement of any damaged sills as well as stucco and paint were top notch. They addressed every detail at the end of installation and performed any touchups that were needed.
