He definitely took initiative and helped me understand what needs to be replaced immediately and what can wait a bit longer so that I’m not spending a bunch of money all at once not only did he keep my car to run through what needs to be checked on before he gave me an estimate, but he also made sure that I was comfortable and knew everything about my car. I had gone somewhere else before I came here and they immediately gave me an estimate without inspecting my vehicle. I told them no and the car was purchased used. Car is 6 years old with low mileage.Told them I want to see the removed filter, but go ahead and replace it. Glad I told them go ahead. Filter was filthy.My first time here. I came because of the partnership with Costco and you get a 15% discount. I saved over $300. I would recommend. They have a decent waiting room. They use a neat website that allows you to see what they’re checking in your car, and you can approve/decline any services they’re recommending which made it easy to see what I would need done in the future.
