Typical tire blowout on these lovely LA streets. Had my car towed to University Tire, they had my tire in stock, got it changed immediately (on a Sunday too) and also at a reasonable price. They have a nice waiting area with restrooms and everyone was very nice. I will be going back to get some other stuff done. Highly recommend!

I’ll start by saying this is the most Wallet friendly and wonderful guest service I’ve experienced within a auto service shop. Ashley was a big help. He definitely took initiative and helped me understand what needs to be replaced immediately and what can wait a bit longer so that I’m not spending a bunch of money all at once not only did he keep my car to run through what needs to be checked on before he gave me an estimate, but he also made sure that I was comfortable and knew everything about my car. I had gone somewhere else before I came here and they immediately gave me an estimate without inspecting my vehicle. Took my car in for brake check (I know it needed new brakes, but I wanted them to tell me the problem).They not only checked the brakes,but they checked a lot other things. They told me what would need attention soon. They included photos in the digital report. Briana clearly explained the items on the report. Asked had I ever changed cabin air filter. I told them no and the car was purchased used. Car is 6 years old with low mileage.Told them I want to see the removed filter, but go ahead and replace it. Glad I told them go ahead. Filter was filthy.My first time here. I came because of the partnership with Costco and you get a 15% discount. I saved over $300. I would recommend. They have a decent waiting room. This is a good tire shop I only gave them 4 stars because they had to order from the warehouse but in truth my car a 2023 Cadillac CT5-V BLACKWING uses some unusual tire size since its a performance tire that some places wouldn't be able acquire in hours as University did. All the employees are knowledgeable & polite & work was done in a very timely manner. Im not sure if my AAA discount was applied since no mention was made after checking ill update this review

Got an oil change using the Triple A discount and was not disappointed! I made the appointment online, the night before when they were closed, showed up and waited while they serviced my car and they had me out in about 40 minutes which was great. They use a neat website that allows you to see what they’re checking in your car, and you can approve/decline any services they’re recommending which made it easy to see what I would need done in the future. I’ll definitely be back!
