1) Actually read and responded to my initial inquiry instead of having a bot do it, so they had the right materials selected for my visit in advance
2) Worked with me on a fairly tight timeline, while still leaving room for two adjustments
3) Got me a replacement vest in a hurry when I wasn't sure about my initial decisions on the design
4) All while coming through with a competitive price.
Also, my mother-in-law said the tailored shirt I got there was the best made shirt she had seen in decades, and she's a very particular woman, so that should count for something, too.
