Farida in the west village branch is amazing. Kind and patient and an amazing Talor. She has done alterations for me and also copied my favorite dress and all were incredible. You should ask for her when visiting this branch of Alts. The Frontdesk is also really terrific.

Had an amazing experience working with Farida!! I had a very complicated lace hemline and my dress was about 5-6 inches too long and she was able to hem the dress and maintain the original, intricate hemline. So grateful for her precision, the dress looks amazing.

The entire experience at Alts- West Village was seamless, helpful and relaxing. I was greeted at the desk by a kind receptionist that offered me water while I waited for the tailor, Eliane to assess the zipper on my jacket. She gave my jacket a look over and took it to Pertrit, who finishes the job in 5 minutes. Turned out to be minor. Could have resulted in a zipper less jacket had they not been able to repair. Refused $$. A+ gratis service from the very attentive.
