Refinish First in Nampa

This is a great alternative if a remodel is not in your budget. We had our tub and shower surround redone by Refinish First and are very happy with it. They were very professional, communication was spot on, showed up on time and our guy (don't remember his name) was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. My small spare shower was so old and disgusting looking, that I have never used it in the 11 years that I have owned my house! Refinish First resurfaced it yesterday, and it looks fantastic! It is truly night and day! Plus it cost me 11 times LESS than Bath Fitters. YES, I saved over $7000 dollars, and I couldn't be happier. I really can't find the words for how awesome this shower looks. It's strikingly beautiful. I wholeheartedly endorse this company. Refinish First. Tyler came out to repair our overflow hole in the bathroom sink. Because it was a repair he had to be exact on with the color matching. You would never know it was repaired. Fantastic job! We had Refinish First refresh our small downstairs bathroom countertop, and our upstairs bathroom countertop and fiberglass tub/shower. This was done about 10 years ago, and we remain happy as the day they did it. Everything is still in pristine condition and we haven’t had any issues! We recommend Refinish First and would use them again should a need arise! We called refinish first as a backup as our primary refinisher was unable to complete or even start the job as he was tied up in a much larger job. Then he originally thought he was prior to us. Refinish first came out when they said they would. The customer of ours said they were pleasant. Very good customer service did the job efficiently with fairy minimal. We have learned by experience that the product is excellent, has lasted three years, and shows no signs of wear. There is no "normal wear and tear;" it looks the same today as it did the day Refinish First did the work. We have had three tub-shower's refinished and love them. We recommend Refinish First as an great way to cost-effectively make the dingy look new! We have owned our home since 2001. We have had nothing but problems with our shower. It's got a cool layout and had beautiful white tile. However we've had to re do the bottom multiple times and the pan. We were getting sick and tired of the grout. There was just no way to keep such small tiles with grout clean. It got to the point of embarrassment just looking at our shower. We got an estimate to re do the shower with bigger tiles and newer materials. The cost over 12k! Are you kidding me??? I don't know who has that kinda money but it's not us. Refinish first had done our counter tops over 12 years ago and they still look great. To be honest I had forgotten about refinish and ran into them at the state fair. I asked about our shower and was happy to hear they did showers frequently. I scheduled our estimate and our quote was 1/100th of the other quote. We scheduled for Nov. 1st. It took only a week and the difference is magically. The owner communicated daily with time frames.
