This was an unexpected situation. I found that I would need a plumber to put a wax ring and reinstall my toilets. I was having new floors put down in our bathrooms. I thought the company would complete everything. However, the installer asked did I have a plumber in place to reinstall the toilets. I told him that I did not. He asked if I wanted to reschedule. I stated absolutely not. I had waited several weeks. I asked him to please give me a few minutes. I called Yohe Plumbing since they had put the original plumbing in our home. I explained the situation to the person that answered the phone. She was very cordial they sent two employees out later in the afternoon.
